Shipping policy

Covenant Jewelry Co currently offers local pickup and direct invoice sales. We do not offer standard online shipping at this time.

Local Pickup
Customers located in El Paso, Texas may arrange a local pickup after purchase. Once an order is confirmed, we will contact you directly to coordinate a safe public meetup location and time.

Processing Time
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24–48 hours after payment is received, unless otherwise stated for custom or special-order items.

Shipping Requests
If a customer requires shipping, arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis through direct communication and invoicing. Shipping costs, carrier, and delivery times will be confirmed with the customer before payment.

Lost or Delayed Packages
For any shipped orders arranged outside the website checkout, Covenant Jewelry Co is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping provider. Tracking information will be provided when applicable.
